Sour Cream chocolate with vanilla bavarian cream filling. Used 2 - 9 x 11, 2 half ball and 1 half round bread pan. Cut 9 x 11 lengthwise for body, topped with half round bread pan. Used ball pans for face and hump. Used xtra 9 x 11 for legs and to fill in under hump and face. Fondant face, hoofs; gumpaste horns.
