I made cupcakes for a baby shower at work, and one special cupcake for the Elvis enthusiast mom-to-be. Elvis is made out of gumpaste, using the mold and directions found in this article: http://cakecentral.com/articles/683/how-to-make-a-gumpaste-baby-with-mold. (It was much easier than I thought it would be!) The Elvis hair, blanket, and diaper were sculpted from fondant.
