12 reg size cupcakes (for the roses) 12 mini size(the leaves). I made these for a little girls 1st birthday. Mom just kinda gave me free reign and I had this idea. Of course it looked better in my head... but I hope she likes it! French vanilla cake with SMBC frosting. All decorations (except sign) are handmade with fondant/gumpaste.
