This is a cake I made for one our orthopedic surgeons.It's a brown sugar pound cake, cut in the shape of a femur, covered in BC icing and MMF fondant. Ace wrap, cast roll, mallet , pills and plate and screws are all fondant. The bottle is real. Thanks for looking!!
