This was for my daughter's 3rd birthday.
Bottom tier was chocolate cake with strawberry cream filling, top tier was white cake with milk chocolate cream filling. Covered in buttercream with fondant details. I definitely need to figure out how to get my icing smooth and how to stack it and work on the cake without getting bumps and knicks in the buttercream!!! Also, when I was putting the stripes on the cake, the fondant stretched out in certain parts and lost it's even shape, does anyone have any suggestions on how to avoid this in order to get perfectly even stripes?
