Suitcase B-Day Cake
This was a last minute cake. It is French Vanilla with Ghirardelli Choc Icing and Ghirardelli MMF. The suitcase patches are Edible Art. The lady loved this cake since she is always traveling!

Very easy! I didn't have a lot of time. It is chocolate Marsh mallow Foundant. All I do is add 1 cup of ghirardelli unsweetned coco and 1 pack of chocobake. I then subtract 1 cup 6x powdered sugar so it does not get dry. Follow the MMF recipe other that these changes! Oh it is so good my 2 girls were stealing it as I worked. Ghirardelli is more expensive but gives my icing and MMF such a different taste. IT IS GOOD!

What is chocobake and 6x powdered sugar? Is it just regular powd sug? Sorry for all the ?
No. 6x Sugar is commercial based powdered sugar. It is what the bakeries use. It does not clump nor does it get gritty. It's composition is way better than 10x PS. Choco Bake is by Nestle's and is pre-melted chocolate in a small pack. It is just bakers chocolate. I use it because it darkens the chocolate more.
