The guy this cake was for is a HUGE Minnesota Vikings fan. It was his 30th birthday and this is what his wife wanted to celebrate! Carrot cake with cream cheese icing covered in fondant with fondant accents. I airbrushed on the purple. It's splotchy because I am still new at using the air brush system :) The viking was done free hand on fondant with the food color for the air brush system and a paint brush.
