I was asked to make a very last minute cake and as I had used up most of my fondant decorations. I said sorry, I won't be able to as I haven't any flowers, to which the guy said " Well that's ok can you just make a Croatian flag instead". I couldn't resist the challenge, not brilliant but very different from the usual cakes.
