Feminine Birthday
This is a white chocolate raspberry torted cake with raspberry filling. BC frosting, BC roses. Combination of ribbon and traditional roses. Made for my good friend's 40th birthday. Thanks for looking and criticism welcomed! I've not gotten to take the Wilton classes yet and would appreciate advice from more seasoned decorators.
Very pretty and romantic; love the tri-colors. If you use a bit of piping gel or Karo syrup to your icing the edges of your roses will come out smoother. Also Tip 357 will give you a sharp tipped leaf every time. :wink:
