Needed to get this done as i have a wiggles cupcake display and my sister's b'day cake to get done on the same weekend of brock's birthday...He is only having 6 friends over so thats why i decided to make the top a dummy. i will make about 12 to 14 cupcakes to go around and ice them in red and white...
