3-Tier Outdoor Wedding Cake on Cake Central

Inspired by the directions for the upcoming NCACS wedding cake competition, this cake is covered in a pale green fondant. The flowers are gum paste yellow daisies and peach roses. Patchwork cutters were used to make the bridal couple and the bells. Chocolate modeling clay is used to make the tree bark on the columns. This cake won third place in the professional division at the Central Florida Fair.
