First Brush embroidery
Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Still can't figure out how to make cream cheese icing smooth. Brush embroidery with hand done flowers, using leftover icing.

A good way to tame the cream cheese is to warm it up a little so it blends better. If all else fails, an egg beater works wonders!

I have tried and tried to make cream cheese smooth, it just doesn't seem possible
