The cake is just simple vanilla cake with 3 layers of fruit an whipped cream. The simplicity of this cake is THE KEY :-); I piped icing between the strawberries, so they could have something to lean on. TFL!

You can send this to my house if you like. It is beautiful.

how did u get your whipped cream so stable.. mine always looks soft and doesnt hold shape welll

Now THIS is a cake I would love a piece of right now.

I use heavy whipping cream, and whip it on high till it gets kind of stiff. I finish it with the whisk. You can add couple tablespoons of instant pudding mix, that helps a lot.
