This is my first attempt at making cuppies with fondant decor. They are chocolate with mint BC. I used a washed pen top to cut out the coins. I was REALLY itching to make SOMETHING, and since St. Patrick's Day is coming up, I thought that was as good an excuse as any. In doing these cuppies with fondant, I learned a few things NOT to do, and I still have a few skills I need to work on. They didn't turn out as good as I wanted, but my kids sure like them, and that's all that matters. :D
