Purple Flower

This is just a simple dummy cake i did to practice some more of my painting on cakes which i love doing. Handpainted with gel pastes diluted with vodka and americolor bright white. This is based on an beautiful set of flower oil paintings i found. I also tried to add a bit of the texture that was in the painting onto the cake surface with dabbing of whites, creams and pinks as a background. I am really happy with how it turned out :) Thanks for looking!
