In album: four
These were done as samples for a lady who will be having petit fours at her wedding reception (her colors are silver and gold). I made a LOT (120 1" and a few 1.5") and used the extras as give-aways to advertise. They are chocolate Frangelico, chocolate espresso (with Starbucks liqueur), Amaretto raspberry and Grand Marnier with crystalized ginger.

I had to look at a couple of liquor stores before I could find it, but luckily I found somewhere that had the little 'airline' bottles since I only needed a small amount.

They are GORGEOUS! Dumb question but...how did you ice them so perfectly? Do you have a secret you would like to share? I have only tried petit fours once & it was a disaster!

Yum! I had to look at your photos after reading about your petit fours edencakes. They sound/look DELICIOUS. I make petit fours; and they look good; but are very basic (white cake/buttercream/poured fondant). I'd love try some fancier ones like these! Going into my favorites.
