10in. Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling, chocolate buttercream and coated with ganache. This is my pastor's favorit cake. It was his 10th anniversary at our church. Candy clay roses with gumpaste cross. Jewels are inedible. Thanks to Sharon Zambito's DVD on buttercream and others on CC for cross. This was also the first time I used candy clay and it was easy, but the chocolate gets soft quick. TFL.
