a welcome home cake for a friend who recently became a firefighter! Made from enhanced yellow cake mix, iced/filled in a fudge recipe I came up with (that held up rather well under all that fondant!) covered in red fondant, painted silver with Wilton silver dust and some vodka! Built a wooden frame under (which was painted black), and covered foam tires with fondant, placed to look like it was actally standing on the tires, but really was resting on the wood, the tires just placed along side!

Fed over 60 people! I'm so please with how this turned out, especially since it was my first attempt at a 3D cake!
