My first attempt at a three tier cake, they wanted three of them. All buttercream, not something I am used to. I prefer working with fondant, I feel it is more forgiving than buttercream. Definitely a learning experience. Cakes were later decorated with fresh flowers. They used their cake stand for the middle cake.
