Eden's Safari

I made this cake for Eden's second bithday! This cake took all week to make, but I think that it really came out well. The top and bottom layers are strawberry cake and the middle is chocolate fudge--all with buttercream icing airbrushed green. The flowers are leaves are royal icing and the animals and trees are fondant/gumpaste. I still need more work on my figures, but I think I am getting better. This was a lot of work, but I am proud of myself for getting it all finished! This might be my last cake for a while--about to have a baby of my own--so at least I get to go out with a bang!
