I did this cake for my daughter's 24th birthday, she wanted buttercream and purple handmade gumpaste roses. The bottom layer is dark chocolate with a whipped chocolate & oreo cookie filling, center cake is a classic white with buttercream filling and top cake is a spice cake with creamchees & pecan filling. Handmade bow and letter A out of fondant/gumpaste mix, she was happy
