I made this last week for a Quinceñera. I was so scared! I had never made a tiered cake like this, and the party was for 150 people. It's chocolate/chocolate buttercream filling on the bottom and vanilla/vanilla buttercream filling on top, It was also my first attempt at gumpaste roses. Her colors were pink, white and fuchsia (which was hard to find a food coloring for!) and she supplied the topper herself.
