Sorry for the poor quality photo. I made these cupcakes for a recipe group I belong to. They were fun to make and were very tasty! I used my signature vanilla recipe and then added color. The topping is a stabelized whipped cream and is suppose to resemble a cloud. Of course I would love to find gold at the end of a rainbow so I added chocolate gold pieces. TFL!
