This was the first serious cake i ever made - at the time i had no training and jumped in thinking "how hard can it be" - how wrong i was! By the time i was finished i was hooked on cake decorating. This is a chocolate mud cake covered in fondant- the baby block are mini cakes also mud. I look at this cake and i can see all the flaws,but i can also see the begining of finding my passion and because of that it is very special.
