They are really easy to bake. I used the Darn Good Chocolate recipe from this site. You fill the cones about 1/2 full and bake at 350 for 25-30 min. YOu can wrap foil around them to keep them up,but I just put them in my mini-muffin pan and
Oops, I hit "ok" accidentally. Anyway, I put them in the mini-muffin pan and they were fine. I even dropped one as I was taking them out of the oven and it survived. I put all the cups in a big aluminum pan to take them up to the school and didn't have any problems. I did use a dab of icing on the bottom of each cone before placing them in the cups.
