This is a cake I made for my sister's 30th birthday. Top tier is white cake with almond buttercream frosting. The bottom tier is a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream and fresh strawberries. Both tiers are covered in marshmallow fondant. The letters are something I purchased from a craft store. I put fake jewels around the K. My first attempt at topsy-turvy.
