This is my first cake for the Advances cake decorating class at Major Cakes, completed it last night, I'm quite happy how it turned out. It's a bit over the top, we learnt and used a whole lot of different techniques. This is a 4" and 8" square chocolate mudcakes, ganached and covered in fondant. Gumpaste gerberas, daisies and hearts.
