This is a german chocolate cake covered with green fondant. The sushi rolls are mini brownie cupcakes covered in white frostin and shreded coconut. They are wrapped in green/black fondant which I painted with water once finished to give a glossy look. I did the same on the fish, the bamboo, and the soysauce. The symbols I painted on using black food color gel mixed with water. The bamboo was also painted with diluted food color gels. It says "Jamie Happy Birthday and Congratulations"
