Chocolate fudge cake with MMF icing. All decorations are freehand cut out of MMF. Labels are gumpaste. Wanted to do standing 3D cake but as it had to be collected 2 days before the party and the humidity and heat here is high, decided to play safe and not tempt fate! Other cakes in the past have subsided under these conditions!
