This is my very first wedding cake and first time modelling people exept flower babies :-) The figurines alone took at least 15 hours during 3 weeks and this was my first 3 tiered cake as well. I'm fairly pleased and have a long list of dos and don'ts for next time :-) It's chocolate butter cake with raspberry mousse and white chocolate mousse. Covered in fondant and the decorations are in gumpaste. Every single bit is edible. TFL!
