This was a cake I made in the fantastic Planetcake course I did last week. It is a 2 tier choclate mudcake with ganache and fondant. It has a textured strip arouynd each tier with a black ribbon. Hand made magnolia and bamboo. LOTS of fun making this one and I learnt so much in the course.
