I was asked to do a Sex in the City themed bachelorette cake. It's red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. The recipe made a massive amount of cake and icing. Hopefully the girls will be hungry. Everything you see is edible. All of the 'accessories', like the shoe, hand bag, martini glasses and even the city skyline are made of chocolate modeling cake (first time making a shoe, first time using modelling chocolate). Much more tasty than fondant. Hopefully the girls will be pleased.
