Sugar Stingray

I had a wild urge to play with boiling sugar and just got this mold. We go to Grand Cayman in the summer and adore the stingrays so I just had to have this one.

Thank you :-) Really wish I would have had some isomalt. I have never used it before but it sounds fun :D

thank you keonicakes :D I used a silicone mold I just got from First Impressions. I am sure those that know more about poured suger could make an awesome ray! Me, I have never worked with sugar so that was just a fluke boil some sugar experiement...lol I also made the sleeping baby from FI but it didn't look as nice.l

MomMiller - get you a fun silicone mold and have at it. That's what I did :lol: I keep meaning to order some isomalt and try that but it seems like they are always out when I place an order.
