This is my first cake central posting, which is ironic given this cake is not my usual style and probably not liked by all, but I think it is striking and fun. a twist on Collette's brilliant blue heart, this one is made with red velvet cake, covered red modeling chocolate, black red and gold air brushing, gumpaste roses, and royal icing piping.
