My first fondant rose from Wilton Course 3. I'm in course 1 but I was in Michaels and my teacher was teaching course 3 and invited me to sit in on the class and make a rose with her course 3 students. This was my final result. I am very pleased with the outcome. The tips are brushed with purple chalk.
