This cake was made for a client celebrating his 40th birhdy. Vanilla rum cake, with a passion fruit filling. I covered the cake with fondant, using an impression mat to make the wood grain. I then air brushed it. It was my first attempt making sugar bottles and ice. Hope they look ok! Thanks for looking.
