I have a dear friend who just discovered she has cancer. I don't think she is up to eating cake, but I wanted her to know that she is loved. The cake is WASC/white chocolate with a filling of raspberry cream. It is covered with white chocolate ganache under a berry flavored MFF. The flowers and ferns are gum paste while the ribbon is real. The eyelet is 50/50 gum paste/fondant. It really lifted her spirits in a difficult time which made me very happy. But she couldn't bring herself to cut it for 5 whole days! Yuck. I know they say that fondant keeps a cake fresh, but this is a little too much! Thanks for looking.
