Love Blooms with Champagne and Chocolate
Pink champagne flavored cake with champagne flavored buttercream icing. Covered in MM fondant and the topped with chocolate ganache. Instead of using cherry blossoms for this cake, I decided to make heart blossoms in honor of Valentine's day! I made this cake for a Valentine's Dinner for a volunteer fire department that my husband is a member of. The cake was a huge hit and had a wonderfully sweet flavor throughout with a hint of champagne flavor.
