I made this cake live at an art gallery event in Orlando, FL. It's 46 lbs of cake and 55 lbs of ganache. The hands and feet are modeling chocolate cover in ganache. The arms, very bottom of the butt and very bottom of the head are rice krispies. I used half the amount of marshmallow in the recipe, put them in a warmer for 3 hours and they were perfect to carve. The rest is 100 lbs of cake and ganache!!
