All the cosmetic pieces and hair straightener are carved cake pieces covered in buttercream icing. The cotton balls are 1/2 marshmallows covered in #14 tip icing. It's just sitting on top of a 9x13 cake. I forgot to put the heating part of the straightner on before I put it on the cake so I used 1/4 grahams for each one covered in buttercup yellow icing.
