beautiful cake that I was very proud of till the small square started melting and gave way to making the top tumble. That tier was white cake filled with fresch strawberries and the strawberries were getting syrupy from the buttercream in with them. Any one have any suggestions so this doesn't happen in the future? I'll post more pictures when the photographer gets them to me.
