Oval Wedding Cake
Made this when friends decided to renew their vows. The cake tiers each had a layers of chocolate pound cake alternated with vanilla nutmeg poundcake; peach preserves and dark chocolate ganache between layers; Bakery Shop Icing on sides and edges with freshly made peach curd on top of each layer. It was fun to decorate with all of the fresh fruit and the fruit tasted really good with the cake.

The little berries are fresh currants; was looking for champagne grapes, but found those instead.
