Time to take it up a gear (or tier?). This is a 7 inch choch fudge cake with chocolate buttercream, with a 4 inch toffee cake with vanilla buttercream and toffee sauce. I covered the cakes with pale grey icing and dusted them with Pearl white powder. I then decorated them with the deep silver ribbon and beaded wires I have made myself.
