First, Thank you Lambshack for the inspiration for this cake. Mine is much smaller but I think your wow-factor is still there. My neice is a senior and a member of her high school FFA (Future Farmers of America). They are holding a cake & pie auction and she asked me to make a cake for it. Cow was made from Rice Krispie treat mix covered in fondant - reverse marble cake with buttercream icing. Fondant blue accent and gumpaste flowers.
