Exploding Stars Cake.

I have a request for a 2 tier cake like this is there a tutorial online for it? And are there special beads to buy?

The 'beads' are called cashous, or dragees (I think) in the US. I don't think there's an online tutorial, but instructions are in the planet cake book. You could go check out your local library if you don't want to buy it. It's a great book to have though.. :)
