I did this for my mothers birthday...It was a Chocolate cake with vanilla mousse filling, with butter cream topped off with Ganache. I hadn't ever worked with Ganache before and it ended up somewhat sloppy but it was a learning experience none the less. Roses were fondant....(my second time making any.... )
