This is my first penguin and igloo cake. The penguins are a little thin on the front. Other than that I think it turned out pretty well. It is a fresh apple cake w/pecan caramel flavored BC under MMF flavored with caramel, too. 2 6 inch layers w/6 in bowl on top.
