This redfish cake was order for a Grooms cake. it is red velvet on the inside. the fish body is a 12x18 cake, cut and shaped, the head is made from using the doll dress pan, then cut and shaped to fit the body. the tail was made from the cut pieces of cake. the fins are all make of fondant, and the redfish is decorated with buttercream icing, once it was all together it was covered in red and gold luster dust.
