I made this for my DH grandma's 80th birthday party. It was vanilla cake with lemon filling and apple spice cake with cream cheese frosting. This was my first time doing a cake this big and also a first with the topsy turvy thing as well. It was a challenge but a lot of fun. It took me a total of 28 hrs over 3 days to complete (I'm still new so a little slower than most of you I'm sure). TFL
