My mom turned 50 and ALL she wanted was a cake from me. I wish I had more time to spend on the details but she was pleased. All the pieces are fondant. (first time using it, LOVE IT!) I got a quick shot of the cake so i was able to get multiple angles. The pieces are hearing aid, life alert, dentures, pill bottle, pill box, pills and a handicap sign.
